Veterinary Technician

LaVona began in animal rescue in 2016 has been a member of Noah’s Ark since May of 2018. She started Noah’s Ark as a veterinary assistant and has since moved up to be one of our veterinary technicians. In the clinic she is known as the “Treat Lady” as she always has a pocket full of treats awaiting the next patient. LaVona says the best part of her job is that she loves building relationships with our clients and patients. “The most rewarding feeling is when pets walk in and are excited to see me!”

Outside of work, LaVona loves doing things with friends and spending time with her four-legged “Band of Misfits”, Ruby, Tootsie, Newnan, Clementine, Autumn, Dorothy Louise and Revival.
